This is a series of 4 meditation and relaxation classes at my studio. Aimed at helping you to de-stress and feel calm

About this Event

Welcome to my new series of 4 face to face meditation and relaxation classes at my studio. The aim of each session is to help you feel calming, melt away your stresses and anxiety and give you the skills and knowledge to get through the busy festive period.

This package is for all 4 classes and any remaining spaces will be released each week on a PAYG basis.

The classes will take place every Tuesday from 18:30-19:15 from 2 December until 23 December 2025
